04 04 Customer Approval - Final sign-off on design and specifications

04 — CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Finalizing the design, specifications and quotation after customer review and approval.

The client reviews and gives final approval on 1:1 scale templates, finish swatches, technical drawings, and quotation terms. Once signed off, the project officially enters the master foundry and artisanal production queue.

Creating the required dies, moulds or patterns for the approved design.

Casting and forming the metal components according to the finalized design.

Certified virgin brass and white metal alloys are melted at high temperatures and cast into prepared moulds. Structural frames and heavy metal sheets are precision forged, welded, and formed to exact specifications.
